BMW have just released information about the M2 Competition Pack which is set to become available at some point in the future.
The package will see the car have the engine from the M4. The twin turbo straight 6 engine is packing 410 bhp and should see the M2 to 100 km/h (62mph) in just 4.4 seconds.
BMW are set to release a number of M performance parts for the M2 which we are a massive fan of. Despite making the small coupé look significantly nicer and bringing more emotion to the look of the car, the parts will also work to help increase the performance. With M sport suspension, a 20mm drop will be achieved while the larger vented and perforated BMW M compound brakes will provide the car with better braking response and better thermal resilience than production brakes as stock.
There are numerous new parts that will become available, find the photos below. Could this be BMW trying to beat aftermarket businesses?
